Supporting Quality GP Training
Myhealth Logan Village is proud to work alongside the RACGP in facilitating and training the next generation of GPs. As part of the GP training program, registrars are required to work at two different medical centres to complete their training. Unfortunately, this means our registrars can only stay with us for 12 months before they must transfer to another clinic to meet their training requirements.
We understand this may cause some disruption, as patients may need to transition to a different GP within our clinic from time to time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments available as per doctor availability. Please call reception to check if there is a doctor available on Saturday. Otherwise, we are open every Sunday.

About Myhealth Logan Village Medical Clinic
Welcome to Myhealth Logan Village. We hope that knowing you and your family over a long period of time will offer the best opportunity to give you the quality care that comes from knowing your needs. We can also put you in touch with colleagues who can provide for further needs or specialised care.
We are a mixed-billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding valid concession status, children under 16 and DVA card holders for all Medicare-eligible procedures. For all patients who do not meet this criteria there is an out of pocket fee for all consultation.
We operate by an appointment based system, accepting walk-ins in emergency situations only as assessed via triage guidelines.
We are open 6 days a week, booking an appointment is easy and can be done at any time using our online booking service.

Pricing/Fees
We are a mixed billing practice. Please note we cannot take payment for just the gap fee, and we must take the full payment and give you a Medicare rebate. All patients WITHOUT valid concession status and patients over the age of 16 will encounter a fee for their appointment. DVA card holders, valid concession patients and children under 16 still continue to bulk billed.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
A $30 fee will apply for all missed appointments, non-attendance, and cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment.

How do I receive my Medicare rebate after paying for my consultation?
You can submit your Medicare rebate via your Medicare app. Alternatively, you can phone our reception team on the same day as your payment, and we can process this for you. -
Are you a bulk-billing clinic?
We bulk-bill children under the age of 16 and patients who hold a Centrelink concession card. All other consultations are charged a gap payment starting from $20.

Am I eligible for Telehealth?
All patients who have attended a face-to-face appointment within the last 12 months are eligible for Telehealth. If you feel that you need to be examined, please arrange a face-to-face appointment rather than a Telehealth consultation.
