About Myhealth Eastland Level 3 Medical Clinic
Myhealth Eastland is a mixed billing clinic aiming to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to our patients in the community. We are accredited with groups of GP and nurses as well as many allied health and specialist.
We are located on Level 3 at the Townsquare within Eastland Shopping Centre, Myhealth Eastland offers a convenient location for your healthcare needs. The closest car park is situated at East car park, accessible through Gate 6 via Warrandyte Road.

Pricing/Fees
Myhealth Eastland provide mixed billing consultation from Monday to Friday with a $30 gap fee. We will continue bulk billed to:
- Children age of 16 or under (Medicare holder)
- Pension Card Holders
- DVA Card Holders
- Health Care Card Holders.
Upon payment, patients are required to pay the full consultation fee, which we will then electronically process for your Medicare Rebate. The rebate is usually deposited into your bank account within 1-2 business days. If you have a debit card, we can process the rebate immediately.
Telehealth
Telehealth patients will receive an SMS from Automed regarding their consultation fees, and payments can be made following the provided instructions.
To qualify for a Telehealth Appointment in our clinic, in accordance with Medicare, patients must have had a face-to-face appointment at Myhealth Eastland (not Myhealth Ringwood) within the past 12 months. If you haven’t visited us within this timeframe, please consult our receptionist for alternative arrangements. We strive to ensure you receive the best care tailored to your needs.
Public Holiday
During public holiday all appointment will incur a gap fee.
$40 gap for face-to-face appointment and $52 gap fee for telehealth appointments.
We do not provide concession discounts on that day unless is under Dr discretion.
After-Hour Service Fees
For after hour service, please booked via website for an after-hour telehealth appointment. Please note patient will need to claim back themselves.

Allied health Fees
Patients with a care plan can receive Medicare rebates for up to 5 allied health services per calendar year. It is important to keep a record of EPC visits with allied health providers. Once you reach the limit of 5 rebate able services, subsequent visits will be charged at the standard consultation fee.
Podiatrist: Gap Fee $15
Dietitian: Gap Fee $15
Physiotherapist: Bulk bill with care plan
Exercise physiotherapist: Bulk bill with care plan
Diabetes Educator: Bulk bill with care plan
Psychologist: Charges may varies with different psychologist
· Patients booking double appointments may have a higher gap fee depending on the attending GP.
- All Flu and COVID vaccine bookings are bulk billed.
- Bulk billing is at the discretion of the individual doctor.
Cancellation Policy & No Show Policy
- For GP appointments, a $30 fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled or missed within 2 hours of the scheduled time.
- For Allied Health appointments, a $30 fee will be charged for any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
