We're on the lookout for a warm, professional and organised Junior Practice Manager to join our Myhealth Enfield practice. Working closely with our exceptional Practice Manager, 8 General Practitioners, and a diverse allied health team, you will be the friendly face and go-to to our Practice Manager. This is a flexible opportunity offering full-time, part-time, or short days. We provide comprehensive support in areas such as finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to concentrate on your passion for team building and clinic enhancement. You'll benefit from the guidance of an Area Manager who will work closely with you to monitor clinic improvements. - Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
- Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
- Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
Essential Skills and Background:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of General Practice experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice
Desirable experience:
- Experience in managing nursing and administration staff
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings
