I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 15 years clinical experience in tertiary mental health settings and private practice. I am trained in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, however specialise in relational approaches such as Systemic Family Therapy and Emotionally Focussed Therapy.

Although I see clients across the lifespan, I specialise in the provision of couples and family therapy. I believe in the inherent resources of individuals and systems, and focus on understanding dynamics with a particular focus on emotion and attachment. I am collaborative and transparent, and work in partnership with clients towards common goals.
