    Meet Maggie Sewell

Maggie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Maggie believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to an individual’s diet. She approaches nutrition encompassing all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle and other components of health including mental, physical and emotional. She understands the relationships between these and will explore health further beyond diet to achieve the best nutritional outcome for clients.

Maggie’s belief on diets is trumped by her approach in working to create sustainable dietary changes for the long term that meet all our nutrition requirements but still incorporate the foods we love. Maggie’s ultimate goal in working with her clients is to make sure an individual walks away with a positive relationship with food and confidence with their nutrition, food and health.

Maggie can assist you with dietary management for weight loss; chronic disease (e.g. type 2 diabetes; high cholesterol); PCOS; endometriosis; food allergies and intolerances; digestive health; nutritional deficiencies; general healthy eating; eating disorders and disordered eating.
