    Ben Wright

    Ben is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, having completed a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy on top of his Physiotherapy degree.

    Ben has advanced knowledge of a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong interest in managing spinal, hip, and knee pain. He has close to ten years experience working in private practice and has worked with a variety of different sporting teams.

    Ben combines manual therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation to effectively manage each presentation. He provides a sound explanation to each patient regarding their problem and a clear vision of their pathway to recovery, and he applies advanced treatment methods to not only return each body to its pre-injury state, but to better it to minimise recurrence.

    Ben also has a keen interest in strength training and believes it’s effectiveness relies heavily on how appropriately it is prescribed and progressed. He is well equipped to provide his patients with highly effective strength training programs for injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and enhanced performance.

     

    David Snook

    David is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist and exercise scientist having completed both his Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and undergraduate Bachelor in Sports Science from university of Wollongong. He has over 20 years clinical experience within the industry where he has worked with Olympic level athletes, elite sports teams, post-operative patients and clients from all walks of life to always strive in returning them to their absolute best. His primary clinical focus is on specific clinical diagnostics in sports medicine with an emphasis in rehabilitating all types of clientele particularly post-surgically, complex spinal pain, and tendon specific injuries.

    He is also trained in clinical Pilates and uses a combination with sports rehab specific exercises to progress his patients in the most movement focused manner to return to full function. He has further interests in diagnostic ultrasound and uses these expert techniques as part of his holistic management in attaining the client’s needs and expectations.

    He has rehabbed & covered sports teams including:

    – Men’s & Women’s Gymnastics NSWIS
    – Saracens Rugby
    – Harlequins Rugby
    – London Scottish Rugby
    – Fulham Academy
    – Tottenham Hotspur Players

     

    Elizabeth Saad (Women’s Health Physiotherapy & Musculoskeletal)

    Elizabeth graduated from the Australian Catholic University with an undergraduate degree of Physiotherapy in 2016. Having also completed further studies in women’s health physiotherapy, she has a special interest in this area treating for pelvic floor dysfunctions and other women’s health issues.

    Elizabeth has a passion for all things women’s health, having completed further studies in the assessment and treatment of pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic related issues. These are not limited to but include diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain, prolapse, incontinence, sexual pain as well as bowel dysfunction. Every treatment is individualised and focuses on the goals of the person in front of her. She combines manual therapy, exercise and education to see her patients achieve the best outcomes.

    While her passion is in women’s health, she also treats musculoskeletal conditions. Elizabeth has seen the benefits of exercise and rehab to improve fitness and overall wellbeing. She values the importance of understanding the holistic nature of an injury and how she can help not just with a person’s pain, but also the underlying causes and aggravations and to prevent future injuries.

     

    Kelly Parbery

    Kelly Parbery is an experienced Senior Physiotherapist and is the Manager of Mediphysio. Kelly graduated from The University of Sydney in 2010 and since then has gained extensive experience by working in private practice, public hospital outpatient settings and within sporting clubs.

    She is an expert in the assessment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and is trained in the assessment of pelvic floor disorders and ante-natal and post-natal assessments. Kelly has completed further studies into women’s and pelvic health physiotherapy, priding herself on creating individualised treatment plans for women at any stage of their lives. She believes in a holistic approach to health, which focuses on a combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy and comprehensive education.

    She currently treats a combination of women’s health patients, musculoskeletal injuries and especially enjoys treating chronic pain patients.
