Meet Sarah Leung
Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with a Masters of Dietetics from Monash University (2022) and is a Monash FODMAP certified Dietitian.
Sarah is interested in mental health, nutrition for people with disability as well as gut health, which has been continuing learning in these areas after graduated. Sarah provides nutrition advice in the following areas: Chronic conditions (e.g. Diabetes, Heart, Liver, Kidney disease, Cancer, Weight management, Malnutrition), Gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. IBS, IBD, Food intolerance, Coeliac disease, GORD), Symptoms control, Nutritional Deficiencies, Mental Health Conditions and General Healthy Eating.
Sarah committed to providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to empower her clients to build a healthy relationship with food and eating. She also believes every single small step can gain greater insight into people's lives. She enjoys working with clients on individualised and evidence based strategies, helping them understand their eating habits and achieve their personal goals.
With the background of living in 3 different countries, she has developed strong cultural awareness and is passionate about meeting new people from different backgrounds. When Sarah is not in the clinic, she enjoys cooking, looking up different cuisines as well as traveling around.
