Due to a shortage of staff, we kindly ask patients to book an appointment with their regular GP before or after any planned time away, should they require prescriptions or ongoing care and treatments.

We are conscious that some of our patients are unable to afford the fee; therefore selected doctors offer bulk billing or reduced rates to children under the age of 16, Pension/Concession Card Holders, DVA Card Holders. Please enquire with our receptionist for details on practitioners who bulk bill or offer reduced rates. Please note, procedures and paperwork to complete may incur a fee as well, please inquire at reception for prices.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Appointment
We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your standard appointment. Failure to notify us may result in a late cancellation fee of $40.
Long Appointment
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a long appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $40 non-attendance fee. All late cancellation or non-attendance fees must be paid before booking your next consultation.
