About Myhealth Mortlake Medical Centre
Myhealth Mortlake Medical Centre is a state-of-the-art medical practice located in a purpose-built facility, offering general practice, allied health, nursing care and specialist paediatric services.
Formally known as MedPlaza, the practice was established in 2006 as the first medical centre in the Mortlake/Breakfast Point area. Over the years, it has built strong, long-standing relationships with patients and the local community.

Pricing
Myhealth Ashmore is a MIXED BILLING practice. The GPs providing services at Myhealth Mortlake Medical Centre charge a fee payable at the time of the consultation. Bulk-billing is available for consultations for children up to age 15 with a valid Medicare card and DVA card holders.
Each doctor determines their own fees, including charging of 'discounted fees' or bulk-billing of other patients such as Commonwealth Concession cardholders (pensioner, disability) or Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card holder. If your GP bulk-bills your consultations please note that this arrangement may not apply if you are seeing another GP at this practice.
The fees apply to all consultations including in-surgery, video and phone consultations.
