Meet Dr Joo Kim
Dr. Joo Kim is a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. After graduating from the University of New South Wales, she completed her hospital training at Blacktown and Mt Druitt hospitals, followed by further study through the Diploma in Child Health at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Dr. Kim undertook her general practice training in Bowral, NSW, where she worked for five years, caring for a wide range of patients across all life stages. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a special interest in paediatrics and supporting young children and their families.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kim is a committed medical educator with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), a role she has held for the past three years. She is fluent in both English and Korean, and offers services including Implanon insertion and removal.
