Meet Dr Shanji Antony
Dr Shanji Antony (FRACGP, MMed Paed, MPhil Derm, RCPathME) has been caring for families in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs since 2010. She provides evidence-based care across all stages of life, with a strong focus on neuro-aƯirming, patient-centred support. With both professional expertise and personal insight into neurodiversity, she supports families navigating developmental and behavioral concerns, including assistance with the NDIS.
She is approved to continue prescribing ADHD medication for children over six and adults. Her special interests include fertility care, shared antenatal care with Royal North Shore Hospital, postnatal health for both mothers and fathers, and perimenopause and menopause management.
Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, she supports patients through significant life transitions and complex health concerns with compassion and clinical rigour. Dr Antony has a strong interest in preventative health, emphasizing continuity of care, early intervention, and practical lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellbeing. After 18 months working in London as an NHS GP, she returns to Myhealth Macquarie, where she has practiced since 2015, and is welcoming patients.
