What you'll be doing

• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
• Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Welcoming patients in a fast-moving urgent care environment
• Managing a high volume of appointments and walk-ins efficiently
• Supporting clinicians and nursing staff with administrative needs
• Helping ensure a smooth and safe patient flow throughout the centre

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Full Australian working rights
• Availability: Mon–Thurs, 2pm–10pm
• A genuine interest in the healthcare sector and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and 
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently

• Experience in urgent care, general practice, or other high-pressure healthcare settings
• Proficiency in using medical practice management software and other relevant computer applications
• Customer service experience in a clinical or fast-paced environmentWhat we offer
