With over 100 practices across QLD, NSW, and VIC, we’ve built a strong, connected network of professionals, offering the benefits of a corporate group while maintaining a true sense of community.

    About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Governance Manager to join the Myhealth Support Office.

    • Provide expert advice and support to the Chief Medical Officer and Leadership Team
    • Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
    • Analyse and report on clinical quality data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Support compliance with Medicare, RACGP, AHPRA, and NSQHS Clinical Standards
    • Prepare and present reports and papers for the Myhealth Board
    • Lead key clinical projects focused on quality and safety outcomes
    • Develop, implement, and communicate Clinical Governance Policies and Procedures aligned with best practice and industry standards
    • Oversee practice accreditation frameworks, providing guidance and support to practice teams
    • Manage clinician credentialing processes and audits to ensure compliance
    • Maintain robust systems for incident management, ensuring effective reporting, analysis, and risk mitigation
    • Support Practice Managers with complaints management and reporting
    • Chair and coordinate Clinical Governance meetings
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g. Medibank/Amplar, RACGP, PHNs) and internal teams such as the Myhealth Academy and Education
    • Training team

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in a clinical governance or healthcare quality management role
    • Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards (RACGP, AHPRA, NSQHS)
    • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical quality initiatives and manage compliance frameworks
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
    • A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centred outcomes

    Support Offered
