Chyncia Salerno is an accredited practicing dietitian and sport dietitian with a passion for helping people build lasting, positive relationships with food and their bodies. She combines evidence-based nutrition knowledge with a personalised, holistic approach, supporting clients across a range of areas including sports nutrition, women's health and chronic condition management.
Her honors research explored the barriers and facilitators of diet quality in adults with ADHD, reflecting her committment to understanding how individual circumstances influence eating patterns and lifestyle choices.
Growing up with a rich European culinary heritage, Chyncia developed a love for cooking and sharing meals. She brings this joy and cultural appreciation into her practice, helping clients enjoy the foods they love while still meeting their health and wellness goals.
With her background in dance and excercise science, Chyncia has a deep understanding of movement and performance. She works with athletes, dancers and active individuals to optimise energy, recovery and performance through tailored nutrition strategies.
Chyncia is known for forming genuine connections with her clients, helping them feel supported and empowered as they develop practical, sustainable habits. She believes health is a multifaceted journey and works to make nutrition approachable, enjoyable and personalised.
Outside of her professional work, Chyncia teaches and dances, plays soccer and enjoys spending time outdoors.
