Elina Miao

Elina graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, gaining diverse clinical experience across inpatient surgical and neurological wards, outpatient rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy settings. She is passionate about delivering patient-centred care that empowers individuals through education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise prescription. Her approach aims to equip patients with the tools they need to build long-term resilience and improve their quality of life.

With a background in competitive volleyball and lifelong involvement in sports and strength training, Elina has a first hand understanding of the recovery process. She has also worked as a sports trainer with UTS AFL, providing acute sports injury management, sports taping and return to play advice.
