I have extended clinical experience as a midwife for the last 18 years, working in all areas of midwifery across various hospital settings including Special Care Nursery.

Private midwifery services have been supporting women and their families for more than 10 years, and I enjoy the relationships built through the continuity of care model and the ability to share pregnancy, birth, and postnatal knowledge throughout this journey.

Being a midwife is a privilege that allows me to be with women and their families during their life-changing experiences. Every woman’s pregnancy and birthing journey is unique. With continuity of care and collaborative support, there is a strong foundation for being well prepared for the experience of birth and parenthood. I can provide you and your baby with care tailored to your individual needs, in the comfort of your own home.

• Antenatal care and investigations following Queensland Health policies and procedures
• Referral to your chosen hospital for the birth and follow-up with the obstetrics plan
• Antenatal classes
• Birthing plan
• Home visits – clinical observations and support for mother and baby up to 6 weeks postnatal
• Breastfeeding education and support
• Early parenting education – mother crafting
• Baby settling technique
• Teaching mother’s infant massage

All my visits are bulk billed with Medicare.
