Helen provides compassionate support for individuals facing a range of life challenges, including chronic illness, trauma, mental health concerns, and major life transitions. Services include brief counselling, care coordination, and referrals for specialised support such as disability services and assistance for those affected by domestic violence or trauma. From pre-birth through to later life, Helen helps clients navigate life’s complexities with empathy and professional care, based in Bondi Junction.

Schedule: 

• Monday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

• Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
