King’s Birthday Public Holiday (June 12, 2023)
There will be a $30 Gap fee for every doctor consult due to the public holiday.
Myhealth Burwood is a bulk billing Medical Centre Monday – Friday. Gap fees apply on weekends.
We are conveniently located in Burwood Plaza near the train station and town centre.
Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.
VACCINATIONS AND LONG APPOINTMENTS
Please call to book any long appointments or for childhood vaccinations. Childhood vaccinations are not available Sundays.
GP CANCELLATION / NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time you will be required to pay a non-attendance fee of $39.75 prior to your next appointment.
SPECIALIST AND ALLIED HEALTH CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 48 hours prior notice otherwise your deposit fee will be forfeited for all Allied Health and Specialists Appointments.
MASK IS REQUIRED
We require every patients to wear a mask inside the practice.
