Welcome Dr Pubudu Wijesena
Originally from Sri Lanka, Pubudu graduated from Moscow University in Russia in 2003. She worked in Sri Lanka from 2004 until she moved to Australia in 2015. In 2018, while working in rural Victoria, she completed her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Pubudu has a strong interest in all aspects of general practice, particularly in child health, women's health, preventative care, and chronic disease management. She is able to consult in English and Sinhalese. Pubudu is dedicated to holistic patient care and strives to support her patients in achieving their health goals.
Welcome Dr Felicia Koh
Dr Felicia Koh graduated from Monash University in 2011. She spent her junior doctor years training through Monash Health and subsequently completed her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2023. She enjoys all aspects of general practice including preventative health, antenatal care, chronic disease management and developmental disabilities. When not at the clinic, she works at the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth) and as a Doctor in secondary schools. Her ethos as a doctor is to partner with you in understanding your own health needs, and to therefore empower you to make the decisions needed to achieve your own desired wellness outcomes.

The doctors at Myhealth Boronia are passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of doctors. Dr Yip Thum and Dr Fandy Wang will be supervising Melbourne University students on regular basis from March 2024 onwards. We appreciate your understanding and support of the teaching process which will not affect our delivery of high standard of medical care for our patients.
Prescription Policy
We generally do not prescribe Schedule 8 (S8) medicines or controlled drugs to new patients without proper supporting documentation.

Pensioner/ Concession Card Holder/ Under 16s will continue to be bulk billed during weekdays.
From 17th August 2024, all Public holiday/ Weekend consults will be subjected to a gap fee of $40 regardless of Enrolment or Concession status.
Bulk billing is still available for short consults (e.g. script repeats, sick/carer certificate, administering vaccination).

What is private billing?
Private billing means that patients will be charged an out of pocket gap fee for the consultation on the day.
We will continue to Bulk Bill DVA/Age Pensioners, Concession Card holders, and Children under the age of 16.
How will the fee be processed?
You will be charged the full amount of consultation fee to your credit or debit card at the end of your consultation. We then, process your Medicare Rebate on behalf of you electronically. The
rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Alternatively, please bring your debit card with you on your visit and we can process your rebate on the spot.
Please make sure you have provided your updated Medicare details and sufficient funds in your account.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
No show/ cancellation fee for GP/NP appointment 2 hours prior to the appointment: $30-$60
No show/ cancellation fee for Allied Health Appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment: $30
