Meet Dr Michael Zhang
Dr Michael Zhang is a dedicated General Practitioner who enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a strong focus on chronic disease management and preventative medicine. He is committed to supporting patients in achieving long-term health through early intervention, education, and personalised care.
Australian trained, Dr Zhang completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne, followed by a Doctor of Medicine at Deakin University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
In addition to English, Dr Zhang is fluent in Mandarin, providing valuable support to Mandarin-speaking patients within the community.
Outside of general practice, he enjoys spending time with his young family and is a proud father to a young son. He also enjoys playing snooker and staying involved in his local community.
