About Myhealth Castle Towers Medical Clinic
Myhealth Castle Towers is a Bulk Billing Medical Centre conveniently located in the premium Castle Towers Shopping Centre, with direct access from the carpark.
This brand new, purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
We offer a full range of medical services with pathology and comprehensive allied health services onsite.
Male and Female Bulk Billing GPs available.
For all enquiries, please contact Myhealth Castle Towers. Appointments and walk-in welcome. For your added convenience we also accept online bookings.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Cancellation Policy
A non-attendance fee of at least $50 will now be charged for all missed appointments.
