About Myhealth Fountain Gate Medical Clinic
Welcome to Myhealth Fountain Gate, a Bulk Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at Shop 2014A Westfield Fountain Gate 25-55 Overland Dr Narre Warren.
This purpose-built centre opened its doors in May 2016 and offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
Myhealth Fountain Gate is an accredited practice and is also an accredited GP registrar training facility.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
Our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We are a non-discriminatory, inclusive and caring clinic. We welcome everyone. We are dedicated to caring and helping everyone with respect and courtesy.
However, our practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards any intimidating, aggressive or violent behaviour in the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee for consultations and $50-$100 cancellation fee for Allied Health applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered)
A 24 hours notice is required for allied health (psychologist, physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, podiatrist) and specialist appointments.

Do I need an appointment for a script/referral?
Yes, you do need to make an appointment for scripts and referrals.
Are you a Bulk Billing Clinic?
Yes. From April 1, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Am I eligible for Telehealth?
To be eligible for Telehealth, you need to have completed a Face to Face consultation with one of our GPs in the last 12 months. If you are unsure, please call reception, and they will advise you on your eligibility and the steps available to you.
