Our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.

Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.

Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

For GP appointments, a $30 fee applies if cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time. For Allied Health appointments, a $30 fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
