About Myhealth Palm Beach Medical Clinic

Myhealth Palm Beach opened its doors in January 2018, taking over the site of Palm Beach Surgery. It still offers the comprehensive and compassionate care for which it has been known for over the years.

Our mission is to deliver professional healthcare, advice and support services within a caring and comfortable environment. We bring together a dedicated team of General Practitioners, Cardiologist, Endocrinologist and Allied Health Dietitian.

Myhealth Palm Beach is dedicated to preventative medicine which plays a large part of our health objectives, as detecting any health problems at an early stage is beneficial to your long term health. We are passionate in nurturing the GP’s of tomorrow, as a teaching practice we are engaged with medical students and GP registrar mentoring.

Pricing/Fees

At Myhealth Palm Beach all doctors have private fees, with a medicare rebate available. This is applicable for all consultations including telehealth, results and recalls. A discounted fee is applied for patients holding a valid pensioner concession card or health care card. DVA Gold Card holders will continue to be bulk billed.

Private fees also apply to OSHC/OVHC patients.

Bulk Billing is available for patients 15 years old and under only for standard consults. Fees may apply for procedures and ADHD consults.

Additional fees may apply to special services/procedures. For more information, or if you are experiencing financial hardship, please call our reception on 07 5525 7455 to discuss our fees.

Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy

A $40 fee will apply for non-attendance if the appointment is not cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.

Do I need an appointment for a script/referral?

Yes, you need to make an appointment.

Are you a Bulk Bill Clinic?

We offer Mixed Billing Consultations Monday to Friday with Children under 16 and DVA Gold Card Holders Bulk Billed.

How will the fee be processed?

You will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee at the end of your consultation. We prefer payment via EFTPOS, which we can then process your Medicare rebate on the spot. Alternatively, we can submit electronically on your behalf. The rebate should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days. Please make sure you have provided your updated Medicare details and sufficient funds in your account.
