Important Information for New Patients
Please note that we do not prescribe addictive medication to new patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Health Assessment – Patients Aged 45 - 49
We are happy to announce that this service is available at our clinic.
This is a fully Medicare-funded (bulk-billed) annual health check offered to patients aged 45 - 49.
The appointment takes approximately 45 minutes – 30 minutes with a nurse followed by 15 minutes with a doctor.

Health Assessment – Patients Aged 75 and Over
We are happy to announce that this service is once again available at our clinic.
This is a fully Medicare-funded (bulk-billed) annual health check offered to patients aged 75 and above.
The appointment takes approximately one hour – 30 minutes with a nurse followed by 30 minutes with a doctor.

Myhealth Potts Point is a purpose-built General Practice conveniently located on Darlinghurst Rd, Potts Point.

*Please note that we have a strict same-day cancellation policy. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy. If you do not attend your appointment, and you do not notify us of your cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.

Do you Bulk Bill?
We are a mixed billing practice, however, our doctors may choose to bulk bill you if you are under 16 years old, have a Healthcare Card or a Pensioner's Card.
Do I need an appointment to repeat a pre-existing script?
Most repeat scripts can be requested online, however, if you have not seen the doctor for more than 12 months, the doctor will need to assess if you still require that medication. Medications that are highly regulated will require a doctor's appointment.
Do I need an appointment to get my results?
If the results are normal or non-urgent, you will receive a text to book a non-urgent appointment. If something unusual has come back, you will receive a call from either the doctor or reception to book an appointment. You can request your results once you have reviewed them with a doctor.
