Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that we have implemented a cancellation and no-show fee of $20 for appointments that are not cancelled at least 3 hours in advance.
