Dr Aditya Gadgil

Dr Aditya Gadgil has always considered the bayside area his home. As he joins us for his second term of general practice training, he adds to a long history of both studying in and working for the local community. Aditya completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Bond University in 2023 and was inspired to pursue a career in general practice after conducting his internship in Shepparton. In 2025, he returned home to Melbourne and completed his junior doctor year at Monash Health. He commenced GP training as of this year and has a keen interest in sharpening his procedural skills and learning more about chronic disease management. He aims to also work in the rural setting in the future. Outside of work, Aditya loves to explore Melbourne, particularly new restaurants and hiking trails with his wife.
