Dr Alex Demirtzoglou

He is an Australian trained Doctor who graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Medical Studies (BMedSt) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Bond University.

Before deciding to embark on GP training he spent 5 years in the hospital system working within regional and metropolitan healthcare providers. As a junior doctor he worked extensively across surgical specialties but also obtained experience within Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics. Time, exposure and a wide range of experiences have made him a relatable and well rounded doctor. He is developing an interest in paediatrics, mens’ health and skin related issues.

Outside of work, Alex takes an interest in flying his drone, editing footage and becoming better at DIY projects.
