Dr Janet Mirzaei

Dr Janet Mirzaei is a dedicated general practitioner registrar combining a strong scientific background with compassionate patient care, holding qualifications including a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney, a Master of Public Health from Macquarie University, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Notre Dame Australia. She obtained her general medical registration and completed her residency at Westmead Hospital, before commencing her training to become a general practitioner. Janet is enthusiastic about all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in skin cancer, women's health and paediatrics. She believes that empowering patients through education to make collaborative decisions regarding their own health is instrumental in forging long-lasting therapeutic relationships.
