Dr Melissa Elias joins our medical centre as our newest General Practice Registrar, bringing a wealth of experience and a heartfelt connection to western Sydney, where she was raised in a bustling Lebanese household. She earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy at The University of Sydney, before completing a Doctor of Medicine with High Distinction from the University of Notre Dame Sydney.

Her diverse medical journey includes stints at Westmead, Auburn & Cumberland Hospital, and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, where she honed her skills across emergency medicine, respiratory, geriatrics, orthopedics, psychiatry, and peadiatrics.

Choosing to specialise in General Practice stemmed from Melissa's love for the breadth of medicine and the gratification of providing continuity of care. Her passion shines in areas such as women’s health, peadiatrics, and preventative medicine.

Outside the clinic, Melissa treasures moments with her husband, young daughter, and large extended family. She enjoys staying active through travel and exercise, all while holding onto the hope of witnessing the Parramatta Eels claim an NRL premiership title in her lifetime!
