Dr Moses Li

Dr Moses Li is an experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in family medicine. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Before moving to Australia, Dr Li worked in Hong Kong’s public healthcare system as an Associate Consultant in Family Medicine and was involved in teaching medical students and training family medicine doctors.

Dr Li has been practising in Cranbourne West since 2018 and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, men’s health, dermatology, and child health. He is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centred care and building long-term relationships with his patients

李向榮醫生是一位資深全科醫生，在家庭醫學領域擁有超過二十年的臨床經驗。他畢業於香港中文大學醫學院，並取得澳洲皇家全科醫學院院士資格（FRACGP）。

在移居澳洲之前，李醫生曾於香港公立醫療系統擔任家庭醫學副顧問醫生，除了為市民提供門診醫療服務外，亦參與醫學生教學及家庭醫學專科醫生的培訓工作。

李醫生自2018年起於 Cranbourne West 執業，為不同年齡層的病人提供全面的基層醫療服務。他的臨床興趣包括慢性疾病管理、男士健康、皮膚疾病及兒童健康。

李醫生重視與病人建立長遠及互信的醫患關係，並致力提供細心、全面及以病人為中心的醫療服務，陪伴病人及其家庭一起守護健康
