Dr Peter Katsas

Dr Peter Katsas is a GP Registrar, currently in his third term of GP training. He is an Australian medical graduate, who completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2019. Prior to transitioning into General Practice, Peter undertook 4 years of rotational work within the public health system.

During this period, he obtained a breadth of knowledge and skills across a diversity of medical and surgical disciplines. Notably, he has a special interest in skin cancer medicine, for which he is also completing a Masters of Medicine (Skin Cancer) qualification.  His philosophy is that general practitioners seek to build health, wellbeing and resilience through the continuing patient-doctor relationship. In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing golf, attending the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
