Dr Sumeena Qidwai

Special Interests: Women’s Health, Pregnancy Planning, Antenatal Care, Mental Health and Paediatric Medicine

Dr Meena Qidwai graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2001, with a Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery. She then went on to complete her Fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2006.

She was born and raised on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and knew she wanted to be a doctor from an early age. Her first experiences in medicine were working as a receptionist for many years at her parents medical practices. Whilst most of her life has been spent here, she has also worked in the Gold Coast.

Dr Meena Qidwai, has a broad range of experience in all aspects of General Practice. Her special interests include; Women’s Health, Pregnancy Planning, Antenatal care, Mental Health and Paediatric Medicine.

Dr Meena Qidwai is passionate about maintaining an individualised and holistic approach to patient care. Her warm personality and caring approach has enabled her to build trust with her patients, many remaining with her throughout her career.
