We may also share your personal information with our third party providers as reasonably necessary and within the Myhealth corporate group in order to provide you with services.

If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will not be able to provide medical services to you and you may not be able to access the services you are seeking from Us.

Marketing Information

We may also disclose your personal information to our third party providers, including those that facilitate our marketing communications. These third party providers include entities that may store your personal information overseas.
