    Sunnybank, QLD

    About Myhealth

At Myhealth, we blend the best of both worlds: we are a big group with a small business mentality - we offer all the support and resources of a large organisation but with the close-knit, community feel of a locally owned practice. With over 100 practices across QLD, NSW, and VIC, we’ve built a strong, connected network of professionals, offering the benefits of a corporate group while maintaining a true sense of community.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Officer to join our growing Brisbane Support Office team. With practices across southern, central and northern Brisbane, you’ll spend 3 days on-site, with flexibility to work from home the other 2 days.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll be supporting users' day to day through the helpdesk, while also getting out into clinics to handle hands-on, on-site IT work. No two days look the same, and you’ll be exposed to a wide range of systems, environments, and challenges.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our clinics running smoothly, improving the end-user experience, and contributing to IT improvements across the business.

    The Opportunity

    IT Support Officer (Level 1-2)

Ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

In this hands-on role, you will:

    • Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the organisation
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
    • Assist in system administration tasks under guidance from senior IT staff
    • Contribute to ongoing improvement of IT processes and user experience
    • Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

    Why Join Us

    • Competitive salaries
    • Opportunities for training, development, and progression within the IT team
    • Collaborative and supportive workplace culture
    • Varied role with exposure to both day-to-day support and larger system improvement projects
    • Be part of a values-driven organisation focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn
    • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
    • Experience in an IT support or systems role preferable

    Support Offered

You will work closely with the IT Team Lead and a supportive leadership team who are committed to your growth and professional development. You will have access to ongoing learning opportunities and the chance to influence meaningful improvements in clinical care across a growing national network.

I’m excited to join! What’s the best way to apply?

Please submit your Resume and Cover Letter along with your application, outlining why you think you'd be the best fit!
