Dr De Neptune is an Australian-trained orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in both paediatric and adult lower limb conditions. His clinical practice includes primary and complex joint replacement of the hip, knee, foot and ankle, as well as limb lengthening, deformity correction, and reconstructive procedures.

He completed his medical degree (MBBS) at St George’s, University of London, and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomedical Sciences from Liverpool John Moores University. Dr Neptune went on to obtain his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS – Orthopaedics) through the Australian Orthopaedic Association training program in New South Wales.

Throughout his training, he developed strong experience in trauma and fracture management, sports-related injuries, and joint reconstruction, forming the foundation of his dual focus in paediatric and adult orthopaedic care. He has further refined his expertise through international fellowships in paediatric orthopaedics, knee surgery, foot and ankle surgery, hip surgery, and limb lengthening and deformity correction across the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and South Africa.

Dr Neptune is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in international conferences and advanced training courses. He has also contributed to global health initiatives, providing orthopaedic care in underserved regions across South America, Africa, and Asia. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through advanced surgical techniques.
