    Meet Sadeen Alkhreisha

    Registered Psychologist. BA (Psych & Neuro), PGDip (Adv), MPsych(Prof)

    Sadeen is a Registered Psychologist who aims to work collaboratively with her clients to help address their issues and work towards their goals. Sadeen will seek to tailor her methods based on this collaboration, and assist her client to develop a basket of skills suitable for them to utilise in the present moment and the future. Sadeen has experience working with individuals along the lifespan and in various settings such as community health, hospitals and private settings (telehealth and face-to-face). During her work, she worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma (eg. Post-traumatic Stress Disorder), personality disorders, and eating disorders. Sadeen utilises a range of treatment modalities, including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

    Treatment Areas:

    Adults (18+) experiencing depression, anxiety (eg, generalised anxiety, social phobia, panic disorder, and specific phobias), adjustment difficulties, work-related issues, burnout and stress, grief & loss, OCD, PTSD and other trauma related symptoms, and eating disorders.
