Important Update to Billing Policy and Hours – Effective 1st November 2025
Starting from 1st November 2025, all consultations will be bulk billed for Medicare and Medibank OSHC/OVHC patients. Procedures, iron infusions and certain diagnostic tests will incur out of pocket (gap) fees. Weekend appointments will be telehealth consultations only.
Myhealth Redfern Infusion Service and PRP/Prolotherapy Injections

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From November 1, 2025 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
Not attending a booked appointment affects both the practice and other patients' ability to secure bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
If you do not notify us in advance and miss your appointment, a reminder message will be sent for the first two occurrences. If a third appointment is missed without notice, a $60 no-show fee will apply. Please note that no further appointments can be booked until this fee is settled.
Psychologist Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a psychology appointment. If sufficient notice is not provided, the full fee of $215 will be charged.
Cardiologist Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is also required to cancel a cardiologist appointment. If cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 non-attendance fee will apply.
