GAP FEE TO INCREASE ON SATURDAY ONLY COMMENCING 26TH APRIL 2025
Commencing 26 April 2025, all Saturday consultations including vaccinations performed will incur a GAP FEE of $60.00. This applies to Medicare card holders and patients that have OSHC / OVHC Private health cover.
Telehealth calls will also incur a gap fee of $60.00.
Patients that have a Government health care card, pension card, seniors health care card will be exempt from the Gap fee and will continue to be bulk billed.

Please be advised that, commencing 28th April 2025, Dr Glory Jeon will apply a gap fee of $60.00 for face-to-face consultations from Monday to Friday.
Telehealth consultations will continue to be bulk billed.
In Budget 2023, while Medicare increases the Bulk Billing Incentives to reflect the rising cost of rent, utilities, and medical supplies, this increase only applies to children under the age of 16, pensioners and concession card holders. Considering the young/working demographics of Myhealth Central Park, we have no choice but to change our bulk-billing policy in order to maintain the high quality of medical care. About Myhealth Central Park Medical Clinic
Myhealth Central Park opened its doors in October 2013. It is located in the exciting new Central Park complex (next door to Ribs & Burgers). We are a Bulk Billing practice* and offer additional allied health services in one convenient location – including Pathology, Physiotherapy and Psychology.

Monday to Friday - Face to Face GAP FEE TO INCREASE TO $40.00 commencing 1 April 2025. We continue to bulk bill Telehealth.
• We will continue to bulk-bill children under the age of 16, pensioners, and concession card holders. There will be no gap fee for all eligible OSHC members.
• All face-to-face consultations for others will attract a gap fee of $40
• All Telehealth consults* will be bulk-billed for eligible patients **
• Procedures may attract additional fees, please check our price list and speak to your doctor first

Saturday

The change applies to all eligible Medicare card holder, OVHC, and OSHC members. For all others, please speak to our receptionist.
* Telehealth consultations for less than 10 minutes only. Medicare item rules and restrictions apply.
**To be eligible for GP Telehealth services, patients must have had a face-to-face consultation at Myhealth Central Park in the 12 months before the Telehealth service.
Non-Attendance / Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee for GP appointments.
For physiotherapy, a cancellation fee of half the consultation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours.
For dietitian appointments, a $50 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours after the appointment has been confirmed.
