UNIVERSAL BULK BILLING COMMENCING 1 MARCH 2026
From 1 March 2026, our practice will transition to a Universal Bulk Billing model for all eligible standard Medicare consultations.
This means that all routine GP appointments covered by Medicare will be bulk billed, with no out-of-pocket costs for patients. Our goal is to improve access to care, simplify billing processes, and support a more streamlined and sustainable practice model.
Please note that fees will continue to apply for services not covered by Medicare, including medical reports and forms, procedures, and other privately billed items. Our reception team will always advise you of any applicable fees prior to your appointment.

About Myhealth Cranbourne Medical Clinic
Welcome to Myhealth Cranbourne, a Bulk Billing Medical Centre conveniently located at HomeCo. Cranbourne, 398 South Gippsland Hwy.
This purpose-built centre opened its doors in April 2019 and offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.
Myhealth Cranbourne is an accredited practice and is also an accredited GP registrar training facility.

Pricing/Fees
All payments are processed electronically, and if you provide a PHYSICAL DEBIT BANK CARD (with a linked bank account) we can process your MEDICARE REBATE instantly. Otherwise, you can either claim it online with the receipt provided or ask our receptionists to send it through the Medicare System (please allow 1 to 2 business days for the rebate to be processed by Medicare). Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative

Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We are a non-discriminatory, inclusive and caring clinic. We welcome everyone. We are dedicated to caring and helping everyone with respect and courtesy.
However, our practice has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards any intimidating, aggressive or violent behaviour in the clinic.
Cancellation Policy/Non-Attendance Policy
We have a Cancellation/Non-attendance policy for all appointments. A $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment. In order to be able to consult with a practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment. (Special Circumstances will be considered).
A 48 hours notice is required for allied health (psychologist, physiotherapist, dietitian, exercise physiologist, podiatrist) and specialist appointments.
