About Myhealth Eastland Level 3 Medical Clinic
Myhealth Eastland is a mixed billing clinic aiming to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to our patients in the community. We are accredited with groups of GP and nurses as well as many allied health and specialist.
We are located on Level 3 at the Townsquare within Eastland Shopping Centre, Myhealth Eastland offers a convenient location for your healthcare needs. The closest car park is situated at East car park, accessible through Gate 6 via Warrandyte Road.

Fees
At Myhealth Eastland, we are a mixed billing clinic offering both private and bulk-billed services.
Weekday Fees
We charge a $30 gap fee for standard in-person and telehealth consultations. For all other non-standard consultations, please contact our reception team for further details.
We bulk bill the following groups on weekdays (excluding public holidays and weekends):
- Children aged 15 years and under (Medicare holders)
- Pension and Concession Card holders
- DVA Card holders
- Health Care Card holders
Please note: Commonwealth Seniors Card holders are not eligible for bulk billing.
All flu and COVID-19 vaccination appointments are bulk billed.
Public Holiday / Saturday Fees
Bulk billing is not available on weekends or public holidays.
- In-person appointments will incur a $40 gap fee
- Telehealth appointments will incur a $52.02 gap fee
Telehealth Service
To be eligible for a telehealth consultation, patients must have attended an in-person appointment at Myhealth Eastland within the past 12 months.
Appointments at Myhealth Ringwood, Level 1 are not included, as it operates as a separate clinic.
Following your telehealth consultation, you will receive an SMS with payment details. Payments can be made easily by following the instructions provided.
Follow-Up Appointments & Repeat Prescriptions
A standard consultation fee applies to follow-up appointments and results reviews.
To ensure that referrals and prescriptions are accurate and up to date, we recommend booking an appointment with your doctor.
Bulk billing for follow-up appointments is at the discretion of the individual doctor.
Cancellation Policy & No Show Policy
- As of the 1st September 2024 the No Show fee and the Cancellation fee for GP appointments canceled with less than 2 hours notice will be $50
- For Allied Health appointments: $30 fee will be charged for any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
