Who is eligible for a free flu vaccination?
Flu vaccines are provided free of charge under the National Immunisation Program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged six months and over, children aged six months to under five years, pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy, adults aged 65 years and over, and people aged six months and over with medical conditions that put them at higher risk of serious illness. Consult with your Myhealth GP to confirm your eligibility and learn more about what’s available in your area.
When should I get my flu vaccination?
To give the vaccine time to take effect, it’s best to get your flu shot as early as possible. Getting vaccinated early helps ensure you’re protected throughout the peak of flu season. Don’t wait, book your appointment today.

A cancellation fee of $95 applies if notice is given within 2 hours of the appointment. A $95 fee will also be charged for non-attendance.

Are you a bulk billing clinic?
We are a mixed billing practice. Bulk billing is available for DVA, pensioners, concession card holders, and children under the age of 16. Some doctors have certain billing policies and bill at their discretion; please read their policies before booking in. -
Do you accept walk-ins?
We run on an appointment-only basis; therefore, we suggest booking an appointment in advance. However, we will always try to fit you in when we can, subject to availability on the day and the emergency of the situation.

Am I eligible for a telehealth consultation?
Under Medicare, telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months.

Do you have access to my medical records from another Myhealth?
No, we do not have access to your records; however, we can obtain them by request. Please allow a week prior to your appointment to guarantee we have received these from your other clinic.
