Dr William Wang

Dr William Wang completed his Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne before undertaking his hospital training at Austin Health. He also holds a Diploma in Surgical Anatomy from the University of Sydney.

William is currently a General Practice Registrar, undertaking specialist training towards Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He enjoys all aspects of general practice and strives to be a traditional family doctor, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals and families of all ages. He believes that good medicine is built on trust, communication and long-term relationships, and is committed to combining continuity of care with the latest evidence-based medicine to help his patients achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (普通话), William understands that navigating the Australian healthcare system can sometimes be challenging, particularly for patients and families who are new to Australia or unfamiliar with how the system works. He is passionate about helping bridge this gap by ensuring his patients understand their health conditions, available treatment options, and how to access the care and support they need.

Outside of work, William enjoys playing tennis, badminton and travelling.

王医生毕业于墨尔本大学，获得生物医学学士及医学博士学位，其后于墨尔本 Austin 医院完成医院临床培训，并于悉尼大学取得外科解剖学文凭。

目前，王医生是澳大利亚皇家全科医师学院专科培训医师，正接受全科专科培训，完成培训后将取得澳大利亚皇家全科医师学院院士资格。

王医生希望成为一位值得患者信赖、能够陪伴患者及其家庭走过人生不同阶段的家庭医生，为不同年龄层的个人及家庭提供全面、以患者为中心的医疗服务。他相信，优质的医疗建立在信任、沟通及长期陪伴的基础上，并结合持续照护与循证医学，为患者提供符合个人需要的医疗建议，与患者共同守护长远健康。

王医生能以英语及普通话流利沟通，深知许多华人患者，尤其是初到澳大利亚或不熟悉本地医疗体系的人士，在求医过程中可能会感到困惑和不安。他希望成为患者与澳洲医疗体系之间的桥梁，不

仅帮助患者了解自己的健康状况和治疗方案，也协助他们更顺利地使用澳大利亚的医疗资源，让患者能够安心就医，并积极参与自己的健康管理。

工作之余，王医生喜欢打网球、羽毛球及旅游，也希望透过运动和健康的生活方式，以身作则，鼓励患者重视预防医学及长期健康管理。
