PRIVATE BILLING PRACTICE

MyHealth Chatswood Chase is a Private Billing Medical Practice. All patients are charged a fee for consults.

We bulk-bill children that are under 16 that have a Medicare card and Centrelink concession card holders (Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Senior Health Card and Health Care Card).

About Myhealth Chatswood Chase Medical Clinic

Myhealth Chatswood is a Mixed-Billing Clinic that is located within Chatswood Chase shopping centre. The clinic is best accessed by the lifts located near the Archer Street entrance of Chatswood Chase. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based medicine and care.

We have available additional allied health services in one convenient location – covering Dietitian services, Pathology collection, Physiotherapy and Psychology.

BEHAVIOUR WITHIN THE PRACTICE AND ON THE PHONE

Our practice and staff have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggressive or intimidating behaviour, verbal or physical. Any person acting in an aggressive or intimidating manner in the surgery will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Likewise, if they act in an aggressive or intimidating manner over the phone, the phone call will end immediately.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy

We have a Cancellation/Non-Attendance policy for all appointments. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your GP appointment time and fail to attend, a fee of $40 applies before you can make any further bookings. We thank you for your understanding.
