Bulk Billing Update – Effective 13 February 2026
Please note from 13 February 2026, all Medicare card holders are eligible to be bulk billed for standard consultations. Additional gap fees may apply for all patients who don't fall under the bulk billing criteria, procedures, skin consults and forms. For more details please contact our reception.
*When booking online you will need to enter your bank card details for our booking system to complete the appointment booking, you will not be charged for standard appointments if you fall under the Bulk Bulling criteria, however our cancellation policy is in place and will be billed for if not followed.
Childhood Immunisations Availability
Childhood Immunisations are only available on weekdays between 8am and 4pm and must be booked with the nurse along with the doctor.
This means that children will not be vaccinated on Saturdays.

About Myhealth Merrylands Medical Clinic
Myhealth Merrylands is an established purpose built medical centre servicing the community since 2008. We are conveniently located in Stockland Mall Merrylands (next door to St George Bank).
This purpose built centre offers the highest standard of medical care with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service to all our patients.

Updated Billing Policy – In Line with the Medicare Universal Bulk Billing Initiative
From February 13, 2026 our billing policy has been updated to align with the new Medicare bulk billing initiative, providing Medicare-eligible patients the opportunity to access high-quality care with no out-of-pocket costs.
Please be sure to advise reception at the time of booking if you have a Health Care/Concession/Pension or DVA card, so we can add these to your files and avoid any unnecessary charges.
Whilst fees for Medicare-eligible patients can be bulk billed for many services, consultation fees are also outlined here to ensure transparency for all patients who choose the high-quality care at our clinic. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our friendly staff members.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if you fail to show up to your appointment or cancel within 4 hours of your appointment

Does your clinic bulk bill?
Yes, we bulk bill children under the age of 16, pensioners, and concession card holders. All face-to-face and telehealth appointments for others will attract a gap fee of $30. Procedures and longer consults may attract additional fees; please ask our reception for more details.
Where is your shop located?
We are located on the ground floor of Stockland Mall, next to Kmart and St George Bank.
How are gap payments processed?
You will be required to pay the total consultation fee plus the gap fee. You will receive an immediate rebate of the consultation fee if you tap your debit card at the reception desk. For all other payment methods, including cash, credit card, digital card, and over the phone payments, the consult fee rebate will be processed within 1-2 business days into your bank account linked with Medicare.
